Your client has a red AI visibility score, a handsome PDF, and no new page to show for it. CiteMaxx Agency Pro™ is here to make that PDF look like a $3,000 retainer.
I am proud to introduce the white-label AEO platform for agencies that want to sell AI search without doing AI search. Track 25 prompts per client across ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. Put your logo on the findings. Forward them with confidence. Finally, a dashboard for your dashboards.
Pricing That Scales With Your Ambition (and Our Invoice)
Starter costs $99 a month for one domain and 25 tracked prompts. It also includes 2,500 AI answers to stare at. The prompt cap is not a limitation. It is a philosophy: if a client asks about prompt 26, you have discovered an upsell.
Our pricing department admires the model behind HubSpot’s tracked-prompt offer: 25 tracked prompts a day for $50 a month, with 10 more for another $20. We have taken the part agencies love most, the meter, and given it its own line item.
Need room to grow? Growth gives you 50 prompts and three whole websites for $499.99 a month before overages. After that:
- Every prompt over your allowance costs $0.40.
- Every additional domain costs $99 a month.
- Every additional client workspace gets its own subscription.
- Additional seats cost extra, so the person reading the report can feel as valued as the person exporting it.
Enterprise pricing is simple: call us, tell us how many clients you have, and we will tell you what ambition costs. An agency roundup notes that domain charges and workspace caps are common in this category. We see no reason to let your 15th client escape what your first client paid for.
Your costs scale. Your deliverable does not. That is the CiteMaxx efficiency model.
White-Label Features Your Clients Can See
White-label PDFs put your logo on our screenshots. Full brand removal costs extra, obviously. Starter puts your logo in the top corner and ours in the footer in eight-point grey. A custom domain and embedded portal live two tiers up. If the client scrolls that far, you have a bigger problem than branding.
White-labelling often comes in degrees. One comparison lists AgencyAnalytics pricing for fuller brand removal and describes a more limited logo-on-PDF option elsewhere. CiteMaxx splits the difference: we remove our logo from page one and keep it on pages two through fourteen for brand continuity.
The Citation Opportunity Score™ tells you what is missing
Every Monday, CiteMaxx scans your tracked prompts and assigns each client a score from 0 to 100. A low score means the client did not appear in the answers we checked. A higher score gives you a greener box to present on Friday.
The score never includes a fix. No new page. No technical change. No citation work. You receive a number, a trend line, and ample room beneath them for your own interpretation.
That makes us a monitoring platform with excellent company. The AEO tool landscape includes plans focused on visibility and insight, while another roundup makes the distinction between measuring a problem and helping fix it. We measured that distinction and gave it a score of 34. Action required: yours.
Content-gap alerts arrive weekly; content does not
When a competitor appears in an AI answer and your client does not, we send an email headed Opportunity Detected. Inside: a screenshot, three suggested headings, and a button labelled Export to CSV. Your junior, freelancer, or Saturday can take it from there.
I used to treat tracking as most of the job. I was wrong. Tracking is the receipt, not the repair. A plan such as Peec’s 50-prompt, one-project offer can show an agency where the gaps are; writers, pages, and outreach still need owners. CiteMaxx puts those owners in the smallest type our designer will approve.
Agency Success Stories, Ready for Your Deck
Need a testimonial slide? We provide sample copy, clearly marked for internal use: We package the reports into a monthly retainer. Someone exports the PDFs on Friday. The client gets a score on Monday. It looks excellent next to a photograph of two people pointing at a laptop.
The underlying sales pitch is familiar. Bundled GEO retainers can run from $3,000 to $10,000 a month, while monitoring plans can start far lower. That spread is not automatically a problem. An agency that writes, publishes, repairs, and earns visibility has work to charge for. An agency that buys a tracker and forwards its output has a branding exercise to explain.
We recommend the phrase ongoing opportunity management. It fits neatly above a chart and commits you to nothing a chart cannot do.

FAQ: Every Answer Comes With an Export Button
Does CiteMaxx publish to the client’s CMS? No. CiteMaxx integrates with your workflow through a CSV and a Zapier template idea our product team has discussed near a whiteboard. You map the fields, write the article, log into WordPress, and fix the formatting. We provide the file.
That division of labour is easy to miss on a demo. One agency pricing breakdown separates tracking and analytics from execution; writers, PR, and pages remain with the agency. Our Growth plan adds a button labelled Send to Client. What the client does with it is their journey.
If the platform cannot ship a page, you are the platform. Please account for that in your margin calculation.

Does CiteMaxx fix technical issues? Yes, in the sense that it flags them in red. Broken schema, blocked crawlers, and JavaScript that hides useful page content can all appear in a severity-sorted export. Implementation is a Growth add-on consisting of a help-centre article titled How to Fix It With Your Developer.
I know the appeal of a polished audit. A crawler can find a fault quickly; a fix still needs access, a deploy, and somebody willing to check the result. CiteMaxx sells discovery and leaves that second half on your calendar. For best results, rename the calendar invite Strategic Remediation Sprint.
Fine Print, Set in Eight-Point Grey
CiteMaxx Agency Pro™ bills for domains, workspaces, seats, and prompt overages. Each term appears on our pricing page, so each counts as a feature.
A separate workspace for every client means separate subscriptions and another chance for someone to ask why a report still does not write anything. Starter prompt history expires after 30 days, which keeps dashboards fast and accountability short. Onboarding costs $499 per client and covers a 45-minute call locating the Export button. Cancellation is month to month, provided you cancel each workspace separately, on a Tuesday, during a full moon.
If your procurement team asks whether the plan includes execution, direct them to the feature list. Export appears there twice.
Your Complimentary Agency Evaluation Kit
To help you compare CiteMaxx with any other white-label AEO offer, we have prepared four questions for your next sales call. Ask them in order. Our representatives have been trained to steer the conversation back to the score.
1. Does the price stay flat when you add prompts and clients?
CiteMaxx makes every new unit a billing opportunity. More prompts mean overages. More domains mean add-ons. More people reading the same report mean more seats. More clients mean more workspaces. None of those charges publishes a page.
For context, Otterly Standard is listed with 100 prompts at $189 and Premium with 400 at $489; the same roundup lists a $99-per-domain AI add-on for Semrush. Put 15 clients with 40 prompts each into a prompt-metered plan and you are budgeting for 600 prompts before anyone writes a headline.
I recommend doing that multiplication before signing, not after your account manager introduces the word overage. A flat fee per client domain without a prompt meter is less exciting to present on a pricing page. It is much easier to put in an agency budget.
2. Who writes, publishes, fixes, and earns the citations?
Our preferred answer is your team. CiteMaxx flags the gap and exports it. Your team can then publish pages, repair the template blocking crawlers, and pursue mentions on sites the models use. That is why we describe our product as a force multiplier: it multiplies the number of tasks visible to whoever already has the work.
A recommendation is not an action. If a vendor cannot show what it published, what it fixed, and what citation work it did, somebody else owns those jobs. When the client asks what changed, a CSV of suggested changes is still a CSV.
Ask for the work record, not another tour of the opportunity dashboard. The dashboard has already made its case.
3. Can your client see an action log?
CiteMaxx supplies a Visibility Score, a red flag, and a downloadable explanation of both. It does not supply a dated list of what shipped, why it shipped, and what moved afterwards. Such a list would invite follow-up questions.
I learned the value of that record in Google Ads. Anyone can export spend. The useful account manager can also show which search term they excluded, when they excluded it, and what happened to CPA. In AI search, the equivalent record ties a recommendation to a published page, a technical fix, or completed citation work. Cause first. Result second.
Without that log, your Friday deliverable becomes a writing assignment. You will reconstruct the week by hand under your own logo. We support your right to do so and offer a PDF template in matching colours.
4. What happens at client 10, 15, or 20?
This is where a tidy per-client charge becomes an untidy agency cost base. AgencyAnalytics plans are listed at $79 for five clients, $239 for ten, and $479 for fifteen, with add-ons to consider. One agency pricing table lists Profound for Agencies with a base charge and a per-workspace charge. Different products, different terms; the question is the same. What happens to your costs as the client count grows?
At CiteMaxx, 20 onboarding charges of $499 come to $9,980. That buys 20 introductions to Export. Say you charge $3,000 per client per month and spend $400 per client on stacked seats, workspaces, and overages. There may still be margin in the retainer. You have also sold yourself the job of doing everything the software found.
Flat per-domain pricing without a prompt cap keeps that arithmetic easier to defend. Flat-priced execution is the stronger offer: it gives the client work to inspect and gives the agency a cost it can plan around. CiteMaxx offers neither certainty, which is why we recommend presenting the score in a large font.
Before your next renewal call, place the report beside the pages published, fixes deployed, and citation work completed. If only one side of the desk has paper on it, order another ream. The client may soon want the first one explained.
CiteMaxx Agency Pro™ is fictional; groas for agencies is the flat-priced execution alternative to selling clients reports of problems nobody fixes.
